Craig leads Aon’s Enterprise Client Group (ECG) in Asia Pacific and is responsible for a team of Enterprise Client Leaders working across the globe, partnering with Aon’s largest clients.
Enterprise Client Leaders are the cornerstone in Aon’s relationship with the most senior leaders of the organisations they serve. They listen, advise, and help clients understand an evolving and complex world. Craig has been a part of the insurance, risk, and people community for almost 20 years across many disciplines, including risk, consulting, data analytics, employee benefits and human capital; having engaged with many of the world’s leading organisations in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

Sandeep Malik is the Executive Chairman for Aon in Asia-Pacific encompassing all solution lines, following his stint as CEO for the firm's Commercial Risk, Health, and Affinity businesses in the same region from September 2018 to July 2021. Sandeep joined Aon in 2010 as CEO Asia for Aon Risk Solutions.
From 2014 to 2018, he also oversaw Aon’s Industry and Specialty Practice Groups as the Global Head, Specialty.
Sandeep came to Aon from Prudential Corporation Asia, where he was the CFO for Asia, based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Prudential in 2006, Sandeep was a Partner at Marakon Associates, a management consulting firm that pioneered ‘managing for shareholder value’ and where he worked, since 1994, in the US and Europe before relocating to build and lead the Asian practice. Sandeep began his general management career in 1989 at Cincinnati Milacron, a leading US manufacturer of metalworking and plastics machinery.
Sandeep’s writings and opinions have been featured in Economist.com, CFO and CFO Asia, The Wall Street Journal and Asahi Shinbun. He has appeared on BBC, CNBC and Bloomberg. Sandeep earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (India) followed by a Master of Business Administration (US).
Loud and lively, with a keen sense of humour and a ready laugh, Sandeep has an optimistic take on the world of commercial and personal risks.

Jim Rogers, a native of Demopolis, Alabama, is an author, financial commentator, adventurer, and successful international investor. He has been frequently featured in Time, The Washington Post, The New York Times, Barron’s, Forbes, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The Business Times, The Straits Times and many media outlets worldwide. He has also appeared as a regular commentator and columnist in various media and has been a professor at Columbia University.
After attending Yale and Oxford University, Rogers co-founded the Quantum Fund, a global-investment partnership. During the next 10 years, the portfolio gained 4200%, while the S&P rose less than 50%. Rogers then decided to retire – at age 37. Continuing to manage his own portfolio, Rogers kept busy serving as a full professor of finance at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and, in 1989 and 1990, as the moderator of WCBS's 'The Dreyfus Roundtable' and FNN's 'The Profit Motive with Jim Rogers'.
In 1990-1992, Rogers fulfilled his lifelong dream: motorcycling 100,000 miles across six continents, a feat that landed him in the Guinness Book of World Records. As a private investor, he constantly analyzed the countries through which he traveled for investment ideas. He chronicled his one-of-a-kind journey in Investment Biker: On the Road with Jim Rogers. Jim also embarked on a Millennium Adventure in 1999. He traveled for 3 years on his round-the-world, Guinness World Record journey. It was his 3rd Guinness Record. Passing through 116 countries, he covered more than 245,000 kilometers, which he recounted in his book Adventure Capitalist: The Ultimate Road Trip. His book, Hot Commodities: How Anyone Can Invest Profitably In The World's Best Market, was published in 2004. Another of his books A Bull in China describes his experiences in China as well as the changes and opportunities there. His recent book A Gift to My Children is a heartfelt, indispensable guide for his daughters (as well as for all adults and children) to find success and happiness. His latest memoir Street Smarts: Adventures on the Road and in the Markets was published in February 2013. Recently in January 2018, his book A Gift to My Children, 2nd edition which was published in Chinese, was launched in China. And in October 2018, another of his book The Next Big Wave, published in Complex Chinese, was launched in Taiwan. Rogers had two number one bestsellers in Japan namely The Future of Japan and A Warning to Japan that were published in January and July 2019 respectively.

Ma. Victoria A. Tan, mostly known as “Vickie” by her peers, heads the Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainability Unit of Ayala Corporation, one of the largest and time-honoured conglomerates in the Philippines with leadership status in various industries.
Vickie implements group-wide policies and programs that are designed to increase the awareness on and strengthen the commitment to risk management and sustainability. She leads the integration of the two fields in Ayala while also handling the group insurance optimization program. Moreover, she has set milestones for conducting the annual Ayala Integrated Summit and driving the Integrated Reporting efforts across the business units.
Vickie is a recognized leader on both fields of Risk Management and Sustainability and, most notably, she has been named in 2019 as one of Eco-Business’ A-List of most influential corporate sustainability leaders in the Asia Pacific, as well as one of Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen by CSR Works. In 2018, she received the Asia Pacific’s Risk Manager and Risk Management Team of the Year awards by the StrategicRisk. Her pioneering efforts also helped the Ayala Group to be recognized as the Top CSR Advocates in Asia by ACES Awards, and as Asia Pacific’s Best Enterprise Risk Programme, both in 2017. More recently, Vickie received the Corporate Risk Manager of the Year Award from the Asia Insurance Industry Awards this November 2021.
In October 2021, Ayala Corporation through its President and CEO Fernando Zobel de Ayala, announced its commitment to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. This commitment came about through the hard work and perseverance that Vickie put in, purposefully steering the enterprise closer to a low-carbon and more sustainable future. Through her efforts, Ayala developed the Mindoro Forest and Biodiversity Conservation Program, a groupwide and nationwide forest and biodiversity protection initiative to be piloted in the island of Mindoro. This pioneering nature-based solution puts Ayala at the forefront of the campaign for climate action.
Vickie is a living embodiment of integrity and professionalism, which she exercises not only in the workplace but in her everyday life as well. Her respect for diversity is best reflected in how she advocates and pushes for better governance and better social performance within Ayala’s various business units.
A woman who is always on-the-go at work, Vickie ensures that she finds time to hone her love for cooking and enjoys tending to her urban vegetable and herb garden.

Adam is the Global Practice Leader for Aon's Cyber Risk Consulting practice, and the Head of Cyber Solutions for the Asia Pacific region.
The Cyber Risk Consulting practice is a global cyber data and analytics team; helping clients model their cyber loss exposure to optimize security investments and insurance strategy by leveraging best-in-breed cyber risk quantification methodologies.
In this role, as the leader of the APAC Cyber Solutions business he leads up all security advisory, testing, risk consulting, cyber insurance broking, and digital forensics and incident response capabilities.
Prior to joining Aon in 2012, Adam served as a Principal Consultant at an APAC Risk Management and Security firm that was headquartered in Australia.
His extensive industry experience has involved numerous Security Risk and Enterprise Risk advisory projects that include enterprise wide security assessments and advanced quantitative simulations to model financial exposures from cyber risk. He first began working in the industry in 2005.
Adam has two patents that cover cyber security risk assessments and modelling methodologies.

Jane is the Chief Commercial Officer, Aon, Asia-Pacific. She is also a member of our Global and APAC Executive Leadership teams, with over 23 years of experience in risk management, insurance solutions and leadership. Jane is also responsible for Delivering Aon United, which is the Blueprint that guides colleagues to bring the best of the firm to our Clients.
Jane has spent the majority of her career working with multi-national organisations, with complex risk and people needs. In her role she brings together the best of Aon to problem solve for clients and deliver tailored solutions - often across multiple geographies and with a requirement for deep industry expertise. Jane also serves as the Account Chairperson on several large clients and invests time working with prospects to showcase the value Aon can deliver.
Before moving to Singapore, Jane was a Partner at Oxygen Insurance Brokers Ltd and also spent six years at Marsh Ltd (London), where she was Business Development Director for the Power, Utilities and Mining Practice.

As Aon’s Global Commercial Lead for the Corporate Governance and ESG Advisory practice, Patty coordinates and drives global corporate ESG consultancy and data solution efforts for clients, focusing on helping clients identify evolving risks and opportunities and providing mitigation and prioritization strategies unique to a company’s most complex challenges. With over 20 years’ experience in the evolving and transforming energy and professional services sectors, Patty brings subject matter expertise and strong understanding of risks and opportunities for Aon clients of all industries, sizes, and maturities in
delivering strategic solutions that navigate stakeholder demands in areas of ESG, climate, reputation management, and strategic communications.
Over the last 20 years Patty has led public and government affairs and ESG strategy efforts in public corporate environments. During her tenure within the energy and professional services sectors, she held a variety of positions across multiple business functions with unique risk portfolios. Focused on building robust internal and external communication aligned with corporate issues management, crisis and conflict management, and corporate reputation strategies. Patty led strategies on critical issues as ESG, climate, trade, infrastructure, corporate tax, and energy policy.

Boon is a Partner at Aon Human Capital Solutions and based out of Singapore.
He has more than 30 years of consulting experience. His areas of expertise range from corporate governance and executive compensation, organization transformation and post-merger integration, talent management to enterprise performance management and workforce planning. He has extensive consulting experience in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Myanmar as well as Greater China.
He spent three years with Aon Consulting starting up its human capital consulting business in Southeast Asia before the Aon Hewitt’s merger. Prior to Aon Consulting, he spent a long career with Hewitt as head of its Singapore consulting operations and Asia Pacific practice leader in Corporate Restructuring and Change.
He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors as well as a graduate of the INSEAD International Directors Program. He frequently contributes professional views in board management issues such as board/executive performance, compensation, leadership and succession.

Peter Zhang is the CEO of Aon APAC Human Capital Solutions, Co-CEO of Aon China, Global Senior Partner.
Peter has served in HR industry for more than 20 years. He specialises in organisation transformation and effectiveness, workforce planning, people analytics, total rewards and Healthcare industry specifically.
As a thought leader of China talent market, he predicted accurately the key market trends in the past decade. His insights is always quoted globally and he is well-recognized in Asia.
Peter’s client portfolio well covers MNC, POE and SOE sectors. He helped hundreds of renowned MNCs to architect and implement their HR information systems in his early career with Platinum Software and PeopleSoft. Later on, Peter focused on building the largest human capital benchmark database, and helping clients strategize human capital especially through fact based consulting service.
Under Peter’s leadership, Aon has been awarded the Best Consulting Firm in Greater China for consecutive four years (2018-2021).
Peter holds a Kellogg Executive MBA degree from Northwestern University.

Tim is the CEO of Health Solutions in Asia Pacific and is responsible for the formulation and execution of strategy across the region.
With considerable experience in domestic and international compensation, employee benefits and employee risk management, Tim has led many of Aon’s initiatives for domestic and multinational clients in Asia Pacific.
Tim is a member of Aon’s Health Solutions Global Executive Committee and Asia Pacific Executive Committee.
Tim holds a Graduate Diploma of Finance and Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.

Simon is responsible for leading our Commercial and Broking businesses across Asia-Pacific, and prior to this he was Head of Global Benefits and Key Account Management in the region.
With over 30 years’ experience in the global insurance and financial markets sectors, he is an experienced practitioner with a strong record in supporting corporations to effectively understand, articulate and mitigate their people related risks.
In his current role, Simon is responsible for leading and executing our growth agenda and ensuring that our carrier and vendor partnerships operate efficiently in order that we can appropriately and effectively serve our clients core needs.
Simon moved to Asia in January 2015 following a number of years spent in Australia, where he was the Commercial Director for Aon’s People Risk practice. Prior to joining Aon in March 2012, Simon held a number of senior management roles for leading insurance and institutional banking firms in the UK, Europe and Australia.

Jason has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years and was appointed to the role of Chief Commercial Officer–Enterprise Clients on 1 October 2021. In this global role, Jason focuses on the evolving needs of Aon’s largest client relationships and how they can be supported in achieving their business strategy. In addition to his current role, Jason also acts as the Chief Executive Officer–Multinational Clients (International). In this role, Jason is responsible for Aon’s multinational client strategy outside the United States. He commenced this role in 2017.
Jason first began working in the industry in 1992 with Sedgwick Limited in Melbourne, Australia. He was a financial analyst as part of its Australian Graduate Program.
Jason has worked with multinational clients in all parts of the world, having also worked out of Aon’s London office from 2017 to 2021. He is highly familiar in dealing with different multinational environments and how Aon can assist these clients as they look to expand and grow globally.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF Fellow). He is also a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP), Certified Finance and Treasury Professional (CFTP), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). In recognition of his risk-financing and risk management expertise, Jason also previously chaired the Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute and Finance (ANZIIF) Risk Management Faculty Advisory Board from 2013 to 2015.

Richard was appointed to a new role as Aon’s Global Head of Climate Strategy in the fourth quarter of 2021. In this role he is responsible for driving Aon’s customer focussed strategy in respect of products and services for climate. Prior to this appointment Richard led Aon’s UK Global Broking Centre – a Specialty and Wholesale insurance advisory and brokerage business, serving clients and Aon offices in over 150 countries throughout the world. His career prior to this was all spent in the reinsurance broking market, latterly with Aon Reinsurance Solutions which he joined through Aon’s acquisition of Benfield Group Limited.
Richard is a former director of Aon UK Limited and the London Market Group (LMG). He also served on the Board of the London and International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA) 2018-2022 (as Chair between 2020 and 2022). His current market appointments include serving as a member of the LMG’s Data Council, the Technology and Transformation Advisory Panel of the Council of Lloyd’s, and the Executive Action Committee of the Sustainable Markets Initiative Insurance Taskforce.
Richard is involved in several charitable causes. These include serving as the current Chair of the Insurance United Against Dementia Board (a UK insurance industry initiative supporting Alzheimer’s Society) and as a trustee of the London Insurance Market Charitable Trust.

Sandeep Malik

Sandeep Malik is the Executive Chairman for Aon in Asia-Pacific encompassing all solution lines, following his stint as CEO for the firm's Commercial Risk, Health, and Affinity businesses in the same region from September 2018 to July 2021. Sandeep joined Aon in 2010 as CEO Asia for Aon Risk Solutions.
From 2014 to 2018, he also oversaw Aon’s Industry and Specialty Practice Groups as the Global Head, Specialty.
Sandeep came to Aon from Prudential Corporation Asia, where he was the CFO for Asia, based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Prudential in 2006, Sandeep was a Partner at Marakon Associates, a management consulting firm that pioneered ‘managing for shareholder value’ and where he worked, since 1994, in the US and Europe before relocating to build and lead the Asian practice. Sandeep began his general management career in 1989 at Cincinnati Milacron, a leading US manufacturer of metalworking and plastics machinery.
Sandeep’s writings and opinions have been featured in Economist.com, CFO and CFO Asia, The Wall Street Journal and Asahi Shinbun. He has appeared on BBC, CNBC and Bloomberg. Sandeep earned his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (India) followed by a Master of Business Administration (US).
Loud and lively, with a keen sense of humour and a ready laugh, Sandeep has an optimistic take on the world of commercial and personal risks.

Jim Rogers, a native of Demopolis, Alabama, is an author, financial commentator, adventurer, and successful international investor. He has been frequently featured in Time, The Washington Post, The New York Times, Barron’s, Forbes, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The Business Times, The Straits Times and many media outlets worldwide. He has also appeared as a regular commentator and columnist in various media and has been a professor at Columbia University.
After attending Yale and Oxford University, Rogers co-founded the Quantum Fund, a global-investment partnership. During the next 10 years, the portfolio gained 4200%, while the S&P rose less than 50%. Rogers then decided to retire – at age 37. Continuing to manage his own portfolio, Rogers kept busy serving as a full professor of finance at the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and, in 1989 and 1990, as the moderator of WCBS's 'The Dreyfus Roundtable' and FNN's 'The Profit Motive with Jim Rogers'.
In 1990-1992, Rogers fulfilled his lifelong dream: motorcycling 100,000 miles across six continents, a feat that landed him in the Guinness Book of World Records. As a private investor, he constantly analyzed the countries through which he traveled for investment ideas. He chronicled his one-of-a-kind journey in Investment Biker: On the Road with Jim Rogers. Jim also embarked on a Millennium Adventure in 1999. He traveled for 3 years on his round-the-world, Guinness World Record journey. It was his 3rd Guinness Record. Passing through 116 countries, he covered more than 245,000 kilometers, which he recounted in his book Adventure Capitalist: The Ultimate Road Trip. His book, Hot Commodities: How Anyone Can Invest Profitably In The World's Best Market, was published in 2004. Another of his books A Bull in China describes his experiences in China as well as the changes and opportunities there. His recent book A Gift to My Children is a heartfelt, indispensable guide for his daughters (as well as for all adults and children) to find success and happiness. His latest memoir Street Smarts: Adventures on the Road and in the Markets was published in February 2013. Recently in January 2018, his book A Gift to My Children, 2nd edition which was published in Chinese, was launched in China. And in October 2018, another of his book The Next Big Wave, published in Complex Chinese, was launched in Taiwan. Rogers had two number one bestsellers in Japan namely The Future of Japan and A Warning to Japan that were published in January and July 2019 respectively.

Ma. Victoria A. Tan, mostly known as “Vickie” by her peers, heads the Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainability Unit of Ayala Corporation, one of the largest and time-honoured conglomerates in the Philippines with leadership status in various industries.
Vickie implements group-wide policies and programs that are designed to increase the awareness on and strengthen the commitment to risk management and sustainability. She leads the integration of the two fields in Ayala while also handling the group insurance optimization program. Moreover, she has set milestones for conducting the annual Ayala Integrated Summit and driving the Integrated Reporting efforts across the business units.
Vickie is a recognized leader on both fields of Risk Management and Sustainability and, most notably, she has been named in 2019 as one of Eco-Business’ A-List of most influential corporate sustainability leaders in the Asia Pacific, as well as one of Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen by CSR Works. In 2018, she received the Asia Pacific’s Risk Manager and Risk Management Team of the Year awards by the StrategicRisk. Her pioneering efforts also helped the Ayala Group to be recognized as the Top CSR Advocates in Asia by ACES Awards, and as Asia Pacific’s Best Enterprise Risk Programme, both in 2017. More recently, Vickie received the Corporate Risk Manager of the Year Award from the Asia Insurance Industry Awards this November 2021.
In October 2021, Ayala Corporation through its President and CEO Fernando Zobel de Ayala, announced its commitment to achieve net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. This commitment came about through the hard work and perseverance that Vickie put in, purposefully steering the enterprise closer to a low-carbon and more sustainable future. Through her efforts, Ayala developed the Mindoro Forest and Biodiversity Conservation Program, a groupwide and nationwide forest and biodiversity protection initiative to be piloted in the island of Mindoro. This pioneering nature-based solution puts Ayala at the forefront of the campaign for climate action.
Vickie is a living embodiment of integrity and professionalism, which she exercises not only in the workplace but in her everyday life as well. Her respect for diversity is best reflected in how she advocates and pushes for better governance and better social performance within Ayala’s various business units.
A woman who is always on-the-go at work, Vickie ensures that she finds time to hone her love for cooking and enjoys tending to her urban vegetable and herb garden.

Adam is the Global Practice Leader for Aon's Cyber Risk Consulting practice, and the Head of Cyber Solutions for the Asia Pacific region.
The Cyber Risk Consulting practice is a global cyber data and analytics team; helping clients model their cyber loss exposure to optimize security investments and insurance strategy by leveraging best-in-breed cyber risk quantification methodologies.
In this role, as the leader of the APAC Cyber Solutions business he leads up all security advisory, testing, risk consulting, cyber insurance broking, and digital forensics and incident response capabilities.
Prior to joining Aon in 2012, Adam served as a Principal Consultant at an APAC Risk Management and Security firm that was headquartered in Australia.
His extensive industry experience has involved numerous Security Risk and Enterprise Risk advisory projects that include enterprise wide security assessments and advanced quantitative simulations to model financial exposures from cyber risk. He first began working in the industry in 2005.
Adam has two patents that cover cyber security risk assessments and modelling methodologies.

Jane is the Chief Commercial Officer, Aon, Asia-Pacific. She is also a member of our Global and APAC Executive Leadership teams, with over 23 years of experience in risk management, insurance solutions and leadership. Jane is also responsible for Delivering Aon United, which is the Blueprint that guides colleagues to bring the best of the firm to our Clients.
Jane has spent the majority of her career working with multi-national organisations, with complex risk and people needs. In her role she brings together the best of Aon to problem solve for clients and deliver tailored solutions - often across multiple geographies and with a requirement for deep industry expertise. Jane also serves as the Account Chairperson on several large clients and invests time working with prospects to showcase the value Aon can deliver.
Before moving to Singapore, Jane was a Partner at Oxygen Insurance Brokers Ltd and also spent six years at Marsh Ltd (London), where she was Business Development Director for the Power, Utilities and Mining Practice.

As Aon’s Global Commercial Lead for the Corporate Governance and ESG Advisory practice, Patty coordinates and drives global corporate ESG consultancy and data solution efforts for clients, focusing on helping clients identify evolving risks and opportunities and providing mitigation and prioritization strategies unique to a company’s most complex challenges. With over 20 years’ experience in the evolving and transforming energy and professional services sectors, Patty brings subject matter expertise and strong understanding of risks and opportunities for Aon clients of all industries, sizes, and maturities in delivering strategic solutions that navigate stakeholder demands in areas of ESG, climate, reputation management, and strategic communications.
Over the last 20 years Patty has led public and government affairs and ESG strategy efforts in public corporate environments. During her tenure within the energy and professional services sectors, she held a variety of positions across multiple business functions with unique risk portfolios. Focused on building robust internal and external communication aligned with corporate issues management, crisis and conflict management, and corporate reputation strategies. Patty led strategies on critical issues as ESG, climate, trade, infrastructure, corporate tax, and energy policy.

Boon is a Partner at Aon Human Capital Solutions and based out of Singapore.
He has more than 30 years of consulting experience. His areas of expertise range from corporate governance and executive compensation, organization transformation and post-merger integration, talent management to enterprise performance management and workforce planning. He has extensive consulting experience in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines and Myanmar as well as Greater China.
He spent three years with Aon Consulting starting up its human capital consulting business in Southeast Asia before the Aon Hewitt’s merger. Prior to Aon Consulting, he spent a long career with Hewitt as head of its Singapore consulting operations and Asia Pacific practice leader in Corporate Restructuring and Change.
He is a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors as well as a graduate of the INSEAD International Directors Program. He frequently contributes professional views in board management issues such as board/executive performance, compensation, leadership and succession.

Tim is the CEO of Health Solutions in Asia Pacific and is responsible for the formulation and execution of strategy across the region.
With considerable experience in domestic and international compensation, employee benefits and employee risk management, Tim has led many of Aon’s initiatives for domestic and multinational clients in Asia Pacific.
Tim is a member of Aon’s Health Solutions Global Executive Committee and Asia Pacific Executive Committee.

Peter Zhang is the CEO of Aon APAC Human Capital Solutions, Co-CEO of Aon China, Global Senior Partner.
Peter has served in HR industry for more than 20 years. He specialises in organisation transformation and effectiveness, workforce planning, people analytics, total rewards and Healthcare industry specifically.
As a thought leader of China talent market, he predicted accurately the key market trends in the past decade. His insights is always quoted globally and he is well-recognized in Asia.
Peter’s client portfolio well covers MNC, POE and SOE sectors. He helped hundreds of renowned MNCs to architect and implement their HR information systems in his early career with Platinum Software and PeopleSoft. Later on, Peter focused on building the largest human capital benchmark database, and helping clients strategize human capital especially through fact based consulting service.
Under Peter’s leadership, Aon has been awarded the Best Consulting Firm in Greater China for consecutive four years (2018-2021).

Simon is responsible for leading our Commercial and Broking businesses across Asia-Pacific, and prior to this he was Head of Global Benefits and Key Account Management in the region.
With over 30 years’ experience in the global insurance and financial markets sectors, he is an experienced practitioner with a strong record in supporting corporations to effectively understand, articulate and mitigate their people related risks.
In his current role, Simon is responsible for leading and executing our growth agenda and ensuring that our carrier and vendor partnerships operate efficiently in order that we can appropriately and effectively serve our clients core needs.
Simon moved to Asia in January 2015 following a number of years spent in Australia, where he was the Commercial Director for Aon’s People Risk practice. Prior to joining Aon in March 2012, Simon held a number of senior management roles for leading insurance and institutional banking firms in the UK, Europe and Australia.

Jason has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years and was appointed to the role of Chief Commercial Officer–Enterprise Clients on 1 October 2021. In this global role, Jason focuses on the evolving needs of Aon’s largest client relationships and how they can be supported in achieving their business strategy. In addition to his current role, Jason also acts as the Chief Executive Officer–Multinational Clients (International). In this role, Jason is responsible for Aon’s multinational client strategy outside the United States. He commenced this role in 2017.
Jason first began working in the industry in 1992 with Sedgwick Limited in Melbourne, Australia. He was a financial analyst as part of its Australian Graduate Program.
Jason has worked with multinational clients in all parts of the world, having also worked out of Aon’s London office from 2017 to 2021. He is highly familiar in dealing with different multinational environments and how Aon can assist these clients as they look to expand and grow globally.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Fellow of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance (ANZIIF Fellow). He is also a Certified Insurance Professional (CIP), Certified Finance and Treasury Professional (CFTP), and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). In recognition of his risk-financing and risk management expertise, Jason also previously chaired the Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute and Finance (ANZIIF) Risk Management Faculty Advisory Board from 2013 to 2015.

Richard was appointed to a new role as Aon’s Global Head of Climate Strategy in the fourth quarter of 2021. In this role he is responsible for driving Aon’s customer focussed strategy in respect of products and services for climate. Prior to this appointment Richard led Aon’s UK Global Broking Centre – a Specialty and Wholesale insurance advisory and brokerage business, serving clients and Aon offices in over 150 countries throughout the world. His career prior to this was all spent in the reinsurance broking market, latterly with Aon Reinsurance Solutions which he joined through Aon’s acquisition of Benfield Group Limited.
Richard is a former director of Aon UK Limited and the London Market Group (LMG). He also served on the Board of the London and International Insurance Brokers’ Association (LIIBA) 2018-2022 (as Chair between 2020 and 2022). His current market appointments include serving as a member of the LMG’s Data Council, the Technology and Transformation Advisory Panel of the Council of Lloyd’s, and the Executive Action Committee of the Sustainable Markets Initiative Insurance Taskforce.
Richard is involved in several charitable causes. These include serving as the current Chair of the Insurance United Against Dementia Board (a UK insurance industry initiative supporting Alzheimer’s Society) and as a trustee of the London Insurance Market Charitable Trust.
