She plays a key leadership role in Aon’s one-firm approach to helping clients make better decisions while also ensuring Aon’s growth across North America. At the heart of her responsibilities, she leads Aon Enterprise Client Leaders (ECLs), who are dedicated to managing the firm’s relationship with its most strategic clients across geographies and solution lines. Lynn and her team are committed to driving business results for clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of industries served, and accessing the full suite of Aon solutions and capabilities on behalf of these clients.
Lynn joined Aon in 2008, when her primary focus was on developing, growing and retaining relationships with multinational, complex clients across all Aon disciplines. She most recently served as the Chief Client Officer and U.S. Chief Executive Officer of Multinational Clients for Aon plc. In this position, she handled the global risk, health, talent and retirement strategies for the Fortune 1000 segment, empowering clients to grow their business.
Prior to joining Aon, Lynn held a variety of leadership positions at Marsh, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Chubb and Travelers. These roles included underwriting, brokerage, consulting and client relationship management.
Her areas of expertise include the design and implementation of global risk financing strategies; unique coverages, including treatment for self insured risks and global exposures; and coordination of risk financing across clients’ insurance portfolios.
Lynn continues to serve as a member of Aon’s U.S. Retail Executive Committee, Executive Leadership Team and Diversity & Inclusion Council.
She also serves as an advisory board member for Cerity Partners, an investment and wealth management firm, and as a trustee for Sacred Heart University.
Lynn earned her MBA from Pace University in New York City. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Madeline (Lynn) Serpico serves as the Head of Enterprise Client and Chief Client Officer for Aon’s North America region.
